“When Rosie first came to Paws in Motion, she could not walk and had to be carried everywhere. Several months earlier she was diagnosed with 2 disc protrusions in her neck. My only options left were euthanasia or surgery. Considering that she was 13-1/2 years old, it was a grueling, agonizing decision. I reluctantly opted for the surgery and still was never absolutely sure I made the right decision. We had a great surgeon and the surgery went well and the surgeon recommended hydro therapy at Paws in Motion. After several treatments at Paws in Motion, Rosie slowly improved. After a month of treatments with some home care, with some assistance, she started to walk. After two months of treatment, Rosie was totally independent and could walk and do everything on her own. Rosie could never have had this great success if it weren’t for the expertise and consideration of Suzanne Starr and the carefully, thought out program that was designed for her. Because of this, Rosie will live the rest of her life pain-free. Now, I am sure that I made the right decision regarding the surgery.”
